Dream of Altar Correction

Praying

Appearing that I was at the later end of a sermon, finishing from the point of view of the pulpit looking out to the congregation and the altar in front of me.  People where already at the altar in dense numbers, maybe a couple hundred.  I saw the the presently presiding pastor of a local church staring at me with intensity from the back wall of the church.  He looked angry and upset, but just stood there with his arms folded across his chest as though a child at the beginning of a temper tantrum.  He was wearing a plain black suit with a black tie.

As I walked off the stage to begin to pray with people, the pastor rushed to the front to pray for those that were up there, he was loud, and very noticeable in his praying.  I paused in my prayers, and remember asking the Holy Spirit, what should I do with this?  His response was, “Believe what you pray, and I will do the rest, do what is right and ignore his actions.”  I refocused, and began speaking healing, restoration, deliverance one by one of those that I could get to.  Not really understanding how I saw or knew, but there were internal bondages falling off people, joy was being restored, healing was happening.  Some fell to the floor as they were being prayed for, others weeping, some observing.  As I was moving through the crowd, I noticed that the church pastor was not moving at all, he was still in the same area as he began, he seemed frozen in place, like he was frightened and couldn’t move.  The dream ended with me seeing him in this state and while the altar service continued.
